Customer Impact: The Prisma SD-WAN APAC1 (Faber) (CloudGenix) maintenance activity is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb 24th, 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00 UTC. During this time, there'll be temporary disconnection of Stats/Metrics connections from SDWAN ION devices. UI and API access to the portal will be available. There is no disruption in Dataplane connectivity between the ION devices.
