Investigating

Prisma Access team is experiencing an issue in the Fedramp Moderate environment, wherein existing cloud-managed customers cannot successfully push configuration changes. There is no impact to customer's network infrastructure, their data plane traffic, Panorama-managed customers or any impact to new customers. The Engineering team and the SRE team are working diligently to ensure that the services are healthy and functional.
