Impact - We currently have an issue affecting Prisma Browser onboarding. Some administrators may be unable to complete the User Configuration step in Strata Cloud Manager (SCM) while setting up Prisma Browser. When this occurs, the configuration flow does not finish successfully and users may not be provisioned. Existing active users and established browser sessions are not impacted.
Current Status - Our engineering team has identified the root cause and has prepared a fix. The fix is scheduled to be deployed by the end of the day (PT). We are actively monitoring the environment while the rollout progresses.
Next Update - We will provide another update once the deployment is complete or sooner if additional information becomes available.
