Update: The Prisma Access team has identified an issue where configuration commits may intermittently fail for customers who were upgraded during the weekend of December 5th through December 7th.
Although no dataplane impact was noticed, out of caution, the Prisma Access Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is currently working to revert the affected customers to ensure stability. The upgrade revert will be performed during the hours of minimal user activity.
