Customer Impact: We are currently experiencing an issue with the HUB Common Service. As a result, the Tenant Switching functionality within Strata Cloud Manager is directly impacted. Customers will be unable to switch between tenants within the Strata Cloud Manager interface at this time.
Our engineering team is treating this with the highest priority to restore full functionality. We apologize for the disruption to your workflow.
Workaround: We recommend remaining in your current active session to avoid navigation errors while we resolve this.
