The Prisma SD-WAN (CloudGenix) will be undergoing Emergency maintenance for an upgrade on Tuesday, May 6th , 2025 from 2AM UDT.

This affects ONLY the Sugarloaf & Bowfell region. You can identify your region by reviewing the URL in the UI (browser) after login.

The elements config connection to the controller will momentarily be disconnected during this window. We don't expect any operational issues during this maintenance window. Data plane continue to be operational.
