Palo Alto Networks has announced End of Life support for Prisma Access Panorama Cloud Services Plugin older than 5.2 version (please refer to the below link) on March 30th, 2026

In addition, Prisma Access has recently done a series of innovations and enhancements, including rolling out New Activation Console and Enhanced Customer Support Portal (CSP), we require all existing Prisma Access Panorama customers to perform a mandatory Cloud Service Plugin upgrade to 5.2.0-h69, 6.0.0-h48, 6.1.0-h1 and later versions by March 29th, 2026.
Skipping the upgrade will result in Panorama policy push service disruption, if staying in EOL Panorama plugin versions and impact your future activation experience. Depending on the Cloud Services Plugin version, you may also need to upgrade Panorama to the corresponding compatible Panorama versions as mentioned in the below link:

The following Panorama Cloud Services Plugin Versions need to be upgraded:
1: Current: 6.1.0 -> Upgrade to: 6.1.0-h1 or later versions
2: Current 6.0.0 including hotfixes -> Upgrade to: 6.1.0-h1 or later versions OR 6.0.0-h48 or later versions
3: Current 5.2.0 including hotfixes -> Upgrade to: 6.1.0-h1 or later versions OR 6.0.0-h48 or later versions OR 5.2.0-h69 or later versions
4: Current 5.1.0 versions and prior -> Upgrade to: 6.1.0-h1 or later versions OR 6.0.0-h48 or later versions OR 5.2.0-h69 or later versions
