Microsoft has addressed the allow listing of Prisma Access IPs so that Bing AI Chat is not blocked but requires authentication (the user to be logged into a Microsoft account) in order for it to work.
If users are not able to use Bing Chat AI while connected to Global Protect via Prisma Access, please ensure that they are logged in to Microsoft. If they continue to report issues accessing Bing Chat AI, despite being logged in to their respective Microsoft account(s), please reach out to the support team for further assistance
